A plain-English look at how we handle the information you share with us.
We're a small family breeder, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit our site or fill out a form, what we do with it, and how to reach us with any questions.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site — a puppy application, the waitlist, a litter list deposit, our newsletter sign-up, the contact form, or the chat — we collect the details you give us. That usually means your name, email, and phone number, and on deposit forms your mailing or billing address.
Like most websites, we also collect some standard technical information automatically as you browse: which pages you visit, the kind of device and browser you're using, and your IP address.
Deposit forms
Our forms that take a deposit also record your IP address, your browser information, and a typed signature at the moment you submit. This is simply to confirm you agreed to the deposit terms and to help protect both of us against payment fraud and disputes. We're a family business, and these few details keep things fair and honest on both sides.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to understand how people find and use our site, and to show our ads to people who are likely interested in our puppies. These tools use cookies to do their job.

Where your information lives
Form submissions go to our business Google account, where we keep them in Sheets and email so we can follow up with you. Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number — Square handles that securely.
What we don't do
We never sell or rent your information to anyone. The only places it goes are the services listed above, and only so we can run our business and stay in touch with you about puppies.
Questions or removal
If you have any questions, or you'd like us to delete your information, just reach out and we'll take care of it. The only thing we hold onto are records we're required to keep for completed transactions.
